I had a very good experience with ACR Okhla, especially with Mr. Nadim. My vehicle was unfortunately involved in an accident, and Mr. Nadim handled the entire process very professionally and smoothly. The best part was that I didn’t even have to visit the workshop personally. Mr. Nadim arranged the pickup of my vehicle directly from my home, coordinated the repair work, kept me updated, and after the work was completed, the vehicle was delivered back to my home. The entire process was completely hassle-free and saved me a lot of time and effort. I really appreciate Mr. Nadim’s helpful nature, professionalism, communication and commitment towards customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend ACR Okhla and Mr. Nadim to anyone looking for reliable and professional vehicle repair and accident claim assistance. Thank you, Mr. Nadim and the entire ACR Okhla team, for the excellent service! ~ Sanjeet K

I had an excellent experience with ACR Okhla, especially with Mr. Gurpreet Ji (GM) and the entire ACR team. My vehicle was repaired at ACR Okhla, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of work. Since ACR Okhla is a multi-brand workshop, I was initially a little unsure about the repair quality. To make sure everything was done properly, I later got my vehicle thoroughly checked at the Tata Authorized Service Centre. To my satisfaction, they did not point out any issue or deficiency in the repair work. In fact, the quality of work at ACR Okhla was as good as, and in my experience even better than, what I expected from an authorized service centre. A special thanks to Mr. Gurpreet Ji for personally ensuring that the work was done properly and maintaining such high standards of service. His professionalism, support and attention to customer satisfaction are truly appreciable. Thank you, Gurpreet Ji and the entire ACR Okhla team, for the excellent work. Highly recommended ~ sandeep k

ACR Okhla is a best workshop for your ford and other vehicle service, In todays tough times of Ford, when Ford has stopped their operations suddenly in a day without thinking about their old and new customers. But the ACR cares for Ford Customers and is giving the best service for the Ford Vehicles even when the spares support is deficient. However ACR is managing to get the Original Parts which I feel is commendable! ~ raj k
